As the founder of CatalystAI, Jimi Lee’s journey into AI-driven business solutions began after years of running a large-format loudspeaker production company. His previous venture, which earned numerous industry awards for its sound quality and innovation, gave Jimi valuable insight into the complexities of managing a 50-employee operation. Alongside running a nightclub venture, he began to notice the productivity challenges and liabilities that came with human employees, from inconsistencies in work output to managing labor costs and turnover.
These observations sparked a vision: what if the workforce could be automated? Over time, Jimi daydreamed about an AI-powered business, where machines handled the repetitive, operational tasks that once slowed down his team. He gradually integrated AI systems into his production company, Awaken The Night (ATN), until it became a fully autonomous operation—with zero employees.
ATN now runs seamlessly without the need for human intervention, proving that the AI workforce concept wasn’t just a theoretical dream, but a practical reality. Driven by the success of this transition, Jimi founded CatalystAI to share his experiences and offer others the tools to create their own AI-powered businesses. His mission is to help entrepreneurs and business owners tap into the same efficiency and scalability that allowed him to revolutionize his operations.
